It was moved by Mr. Sartoris and seconded by Mrs. Diemer to approve the consideration and possible approval of the tentative budget for FY 2026 for Pontiac Township High School #90. Mr. Masching, Mr. Lambert, Mr. Sartoris, Mr. Heller, Mrs. Ralph, Mrs. Diemer, and Mr. Schrock al l voted “yea” on a roll call vote. Motion passed. It was moved by Mr. Heller and seconded by Mr. Lambert to approve the tentative budget for FY 2026 for Livingston Area Career Center. Mr. Masching, Mr. Lambert, Mr. Sartoris, Mr. Heller, Mrs. Ralph, Mrs. Diemer, and Mr. Schrock all voted “yea” on a roll call vote. Motion passed. It was moved by Mrs. Ralph and seconded by Mr. Masching to approve the Budget Hearing for Pontiac Township High School #90 for Monday, September 15, 2025 at 7:00pm. Mr. Masching, Mr. Schrock, Mr. Heller, Mrs. Ralph, Mr. Lambert, Mrs. Diemer and Mr. Sartoris all voted “yea” on a roll call vote. Motion passed. It was moved by Mr. Heller and seconded by Mr. Lambert to approve the Pontiac Township High School #90 substitute support staff lists as presented. Mr. Masching, Mr. Schrock, Mr. Heller, Mrs. Ralph, Mr. Lambert, Mrs. Diemer and Mr. Sartoris all voted “yea” on a roll call vote. Motion passed. It was moved by Mr. Sartoris and seconded by Mrs. Ralph to approve the Pontiac Township High School #90 Risk Management Plan as presented. Mr. Masching, Mr. Schrock, Mr. Heller, Mrs. Ralph, Mr. Lambert, Mrs. Diemer and Mr. Sartoris all voted “yea” on a roll call vote. Motion passed. It was moved by Mr. Masching and seconded by Mrs. Diemer to approve the Pontiac Township High School #90 updated Crisis Plan as presented. Mr. Masching, Mr. Schrock, Mr. Heller, Mrs. Ralph, Mr. Lambert, Mrs. Diemer and Mr. Sartoris all voted “yea” on a roll call vote. Motion passed. It was moved by Mr. Lambert and seconded by Mrs. Ralph to approve the Pontiac Township High School #90 Bully Prevention and Response Plan unchanged as presented. Mr. Masching, Mr. Schrock, Mr. Heller, Mrs. Ralph, Mr. Lambert, Mrs. Diemer and Mr. Sartoris all voted “yea” on a roll call vote. Motion passed.

No action taken until September Board meeting on the approval of Board Policy Press Release.

It was moved by Mr. Heller and seconded by Mr. Masching to approve the Pontiac Township High School #90 student handbook changes and updates as presented. Mr. Masching, Mr. Schrock, Mr. Heller, Mrs. Ralph, Mr. Lambert, Mrs. Diemer and Mr. Sartoris all voted “yea” on a roll call vote. Motion passed.
