PONTIAC TOWNSHIP HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT 90 1100 E Indiana Avenue, Pontiac IL 61764 BOARD OF EDUCATION - REGULAR MEETING Monday, August 11, 2025

Call to Order, Pledge, and Roll Call: The Pontiac Township High School District No. 90 Board of Education held it regularly scheduled meeting in the Dr. Ronald J Yates Memorial Library at 7:00 pm. Mr. Schrock called the meeting to order at 7:00pm and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Board Members Mr. Schrock, Mr. Sartoris, Mr. Heller, Mrs. Diemer, Mrs. Ralph, Mr. Masching and Mr. Lambert answered roll call. Also present were Administrators Dr. Ryan McGuckin, Eric Bohm, Tera Graves and Board Secretary Kelly Carter.

Consent Agenda: It was moved by Mr. Lambert and seconded by Mr. Heller to approve the following items: The Regular Board Meeting minutes from June 16, 2025 and the Special Board Meeting minutes from June 30 th 2025, PTHS #90 vendor bills for July 2025 and August 2025, PTHS #90 requisitions for July 2025 and August 2025, monthly Imprest expenses, Activity Account Reports, PTHS #90 Monthly Treasurer report, July Financial Report and Budget Comparison Reports, Payroll Reports for July 4 th and July 18 th and approve PTHS #90 breakfast and lunch price sheets as presented. Mr. Masching, Mr. Lambert, Mr. Sartoris, Mr. Heller, Mrs. Ralph, Mrs. Diemer, and Mr. Schrock all voted “yea” on a roll call vote. Motion passed. Communication: Board Communications: Several peoples have commented on nice the student parking lot looks after being resurfaced. FOIA Request : Parking lot bid winner specifics. Building Reports: Superintendent Report: None

Principal Report: The Class of 2025 donated $1,025 to Gastric Cancer Foundation in memory of Ms. Brenda Martinez. We will host a section of TCH 212 on our campus this fall.

LACC Report: Mrs. Graves highlighted that the tentative enrollment for this year is at 414 students. Curriculum Update is they have added Medical Assisting Program. She is still waiting on final grant approvals.
