Building Reports: Superintendent Report: Reviewed finances for FY2026.

Principal Report: Mr. Bohm was not present.

LACC Report: Mrs. Graves highlighted on the tentative LACC enrollment as of Sept 2025. The Sept students of the month are Logan McCabe and Michael Hendershott. Reminder that Jack Bristow, and Doug Masching will both be retiring at the end of this school year. She also noted that the LACC Preschool Program is open. LACC also received a $500.00 grant from Architectural Woodworking Institute Education Foundation (AWIEF) Grant for Construction Trades.

Old Business : It was moved by Mr. Heller and seconded by Mr. Lambert to approve the budget for Fiscal Year 2026 for Pontiac Township High School #90 as presented. Mr. Masching, Mr. Lambert, Mr. Sartoris, Mr. Heller, Mrs. Diemer, and Mr. Schrock all voted “yea” on a roll call vote. Motion passed. It was moved by Mrs. Diemer and seconded by Mr. Masching to approve the budget for Fiscal Year 2026 for Livingston Area Career Center as presented. Mr. Masching, Mr. Lambert, Mr. Sartoris, Mr. Heller, Mrs. Diemer, and Mr. Schrock all voted “yea” on a roll call vote. Motion passed. It was moved by Mr. Masching and seconded by Mrs. Diemer to approve the fund balance for July 1, 2025 for Pontiac Township High School #90 as presented.
