PONTIAC TOWNSHIP HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT 90 1100 E Indiana Avenue, Pontiac IL 61764 BOARD OF EDUCATION - REGULAR MEETING Monday, September 15, 2025

Budget Hearings: Call to Order, Pledge, and Roll Call: The Pontiac Township High School District No. 90 Board of Education held the Budget Hearing Meeting in the Dr. Ronald J Yates Memorial Library at 7:00 pm. Mr. Schrock called the meeting to order at 7:00pm and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Board Members Mr. Schrock, Mr. Sartoris, Mr. Heller, Mrs. Diemer, Mr. Masching and Mr. Lambert answered roll call. Also present were Administrators Dr. Ryan McGuckin, Tera Graves and Board Secretary Kelly Carter. It was moved by Mr. Heller and seconded by Mr. Sartoris to call the public hearing to order for the July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 budget for Pontiac Township High School #90 and Livingston Area Career Center. Mr. Schrock, Mr. Sartoris, Mr. Heller, Mrs. Diemer, Mr. Masching and Mr. Lambert all voted “ yea ” on a roll call vote. Motion passed.

Dr McGuckin and Ms. Graves both presented a balanced budget for FY2026. There were no questions from the board and no public comment.

It was moved by Mrs. Diemer and seconded by Mr. Masching to adjourn the Budget Hearing Special Board Meeting. Mr. Schrock, Mr. Sartoris, Mr. Heller, Mrs. Diemer, Mr. Masching and Mr. Lambert all voted “ yea ” on a roll call vote. Motion passed.

Budget Hearing Adjourned at 7:09pm.

Regular Meeting: The Pontiac Township High School District No. 90 Board of Education held its Regularly Scheduled Meeting in the Dr. Ronald J Yates Memorial Library. Mr. Schrock called the meeting to order at 7:09 pm. Board Members Mr. Schrock, Mr. Sartoris, Mr. Heller, Mrs. Diemer, Mr. Masching and Mr. Lambert answered roll call. Also present were Administrators Dr. Ryan McGuckin, Tera Graves and Board Secretary Kelly Carter.

Consent Agenda: It was moved by Mr. Lambert and seconded by Mr. Masching to approve the following items: The open and closed session minutes from the August 11, 2025 meeting, PTHS #90 vendor bills for September 2025, PTHS #90 requisitions for Sept 2025, monthly Imprest expenses, Activity Account Reports, PTHS #90 Monthly Treasurer report, August Financial Report and Budget Comparison Reports, Payroll Reports for August 5 th and August 20 th as presented. Mr. Masching, Mr. Lambert, Mr. Sartoris, Mr. Heller,Mrs. Diemer, and Mr. Schrock all voted “yea” on a roll call vote. Motion passed.
