Contact all drivers and advise them of alternative transportation plans.

On - Campus Classes: All personnel are to assess the situation and follow the ALICE protocol: A lert L ockdown I nform C ounter E scape/Evacuate If you can safely leave the building : 1. Leave the campus. 2. Find a safe harbor for you and your students off the campus. 3. Alert law enforcement of the situation

If you cannot safely leave the building : 1. Alert people of the impending threat.

2. Lockdown immediately and secure the area you are located (lock doors, barricade doors, turn off lights and fill out the Class Status Report). Keep all students away from doors and windows. Do not let students leave the room or use cell phones. 3. Be prepared to counter the intruder by using any means necessary to fend off an attack. 4. If the opportunity presents itself, or it becomes necessary to escape/evacuate, leave your room and take your students to a safe location and inform law enforcement of your location. Otherwise, once the situation is safe Law Enforcement personnel will evacuate your room.

Off- Campus Classes: Class Status Reports will include:

1. Teacher/Staff Name and Phone # 2. Location, Date, Time

3. # and Identity of Students Present 4. # and Identity of Students Absent 5. # and Identity of Students Not Accounted For

6. Identity of Students with Injuries 7. Other relevant critical information
