Crisis Management Team Plan Execution Upon receiving notice of crisis status, all school personnel will report immediately to the designated area to assume crisis command post duties. Command Post Duties Any School Person Call 911 If Principal absent :

On-scene incident response coordination Coordinate initial police direction/building evacuation plan. Designate non-supervisory staff.

Building lockdown if appropriate and assist Law Enforcement with layout of building. Incident Command Post Historian Maintain a chronology of all information received by the Command Post. (If available, add additional historian) Coordinate communications with Parents, staff, other Pontiac schools, IHR, etc. Request additional help – locate parents at designated area. Assign personnel to remain with parents. Evacuation Coordinator/Site Coordinator Coordinate the shuttling of students to pick-up site. Assign additional personnel to assist.

Coordinate transportation of injured students and staff to hospital and notify family members. Identify staff with First Aid and CPR certification to assist those in need.
