Dear Mr. Trujillo: You submitted a request for information by email for certain documents on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. The Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”) requires public bodies to produce public records, subject to certain exceptions. It does not require a public body to create documents which do not exist. The District responds to your requests as follows: 1. First and last name and position of every employee authorized to post, alter posts and or comments or block anyone from the school's social media sites. Response: There are no documents responsive to your request. 2. First and last name and position of the person who removed any comments from any post on and between 9/24/2025 - 9/25/2025. Response: There are no documents responsive to your request. 3. First and last name of any person authorized to block anyone between 9/20/2025 - 9/27/2025 Response: There are no documents responsive to your request. 4. Proof of any social media training done by any persons authorized to post, alter posts, alter or remove comments and or block anyone from the school's social media sites. Response: A document listing all of the trainings for District staff is attached. 5. Any and all emails between Mr. McGuckin and any Board of Education member regarding comments on the school's social media sites from 9/01/29025 to 10/01/2025. Response: All documents which are responsive to your request are attached. 6. Any emails between Mr. McGuckin and any employee of the school regarding comments on the school's social media sites from 9/01/2025 and 10/01/2025.
