Off-Campus Transportation Coordinator

1. After receiving notification of the crisis situation, verify if there is a bus out.

2. Contact drivers and advise them to stay where they are until moved by local Law Enforcement officials. If on the highway, pull off at the nearest exit and remain there until local law enforcement officials arrive to advise you on where to proceed. a. Off-Campus b. Field Trips c. Athletic Trips d. Special Education Community Trips

3. Contact all available bus drivers – If drivers leave the bus – call them on their cell.
