Next 50 Minutes

1. Meet with non-supervisory staff. 2. Designate staff members #1-7. 3. Designate member of Crisis Management Team to meet emergency equipment and accompany students or staff to the hospital. Notify parents from the hospital. 4. Assemble written statement for press with Superintendent and Law Enforcement. 5. Make decision regarding notification of parents of assailant. 6. Superintendent/law enforcement officials guides press to predetermined area outside building (across street). Read first statement to press. No questions will be answered but next press conference time will be announced. 7. Principal updates Superintendent. 8. Designated Crisis Management Team member assembles concerned parents in private area.
