• PTHS Loss Ratio last 24 Months – 77.5% (Improving) • BCBS Renewal- 2.16% Increase- Trend is 8-9% • HRA Plan – Deductible increase due to IRS Guidelines. New deductible will be $1,600 Single/ $3,200 Family. No change to out-of pocket maximum. Deductible change will require an amendment to HRA plan language. • BCO HSA PLAN- Deductible and out-of-pocket increase to $3,200 single due to IRS HSA guidelines. PTHS will contribute the difference in premium $87.37/month to employee’s HSA. Employees with dependents covered will see premium savings vs. the current PPO.
