BOARD OF EDUCATION REPORT MONDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2023

LACC INFORMATION

LACC Applications – Registration for the 2023-2024 is open for all courses. Enrollment numbers in each course will determine course offerings. The deadline for applications is February 28, 2023. At that time, I will be able to determine sections, staffing needs, and course offerings.

Senior Interviews – We are excited to be planning and preparing for senior interviews. They will be held on April 19 th .

SkillsUSA – We are moving forward with the first step of SkillsUSA, this includes the written exam. Students will take this on February 22 and 24. This exam determines those that move on to the hands-on competition in April.

EFE INFORMATION

CTEI 23 ’ Grant – We have received six payments of FY23 ’ funds.
