Cardio Room 1. Room split to accommodate new training room 2. Five outlets on own circuit each along south wall for five treadmills 3. Replacement of all windows (that open up and down) – NO Crank Open – with locks 4. Replacement of all light fixtures on its own switch for just the cardio room 5. Replacement of all fans – and placement to accommodate layout of new space 6. Additional air conditioning for space 7. Replacement of heating system as needed to accommodate space

8. Removal of vent fans and ceiling patchwork 9. Painting and patching of all walls and ceiling 10. Existing closets remain just painted same as walls 11. Appropriate fire alarm and heat detectors as needed for space 12. Washer and Dryer Hookup (Stackable)

Training Room Portion of Cardio Room 1. Two windows in wall looking into Cardio Room – do NOT need to open 2. Blinds for those two interior windows 3. Door access from north side of new room 4. Replacement of all light fixtures on its own switch for just the training room 5. Heating and Air Conditioning ONE unit off Cardio Room 6. Painting and patching of drywall and ceiling

7. Appropriate fire alarm and heat detectors as needed for space 8. Water lines run for tub and sink and appropriate water heater(s) 9. Sink and appropriate counter and cabinets on South Wall

10. If additional door needed by code or law (west window removed and installed in its place) to the outside – solid door which matches other outside doors appropriate 11. Appropriate power outlets on each of the three walls – counter height
