Pre-Bid Meeting: Monday, January 5, 10:00 AM Bids Due: Tuesday, January 20, 2026 @ 9:07 AM (No Extensions Granted) Tentative Board Vote on Contract Acceptance: Week of January 26-30 th 2026

- Cardio Room Start Date : Can be anytime after contract begins as long as to not impede school and or Graduation on Sunday May 17 th – We will Need to Move Stationary Bikes out of there though (Would prefer to start in early Spring when warmer outside) - Pool Start Date: Can be anytime after contract begins AFTER boys swimming season ends: February 28 - Tennis Court Start Date : Can be anytime after Boys Tennis Ends: May 30 th - HVAC Start Date : Would need to be AFTER the school year ends - Discus Ring Area Start Date : Would need to be AFTER the school year ends Pool and Pool Area Mechanicals: 1. Replace pool pump system 2. Replace pool filter system 3. Replace grate system to allow for safety and security of workers while completing pool filter and pump tasks 4. Drain lid replaced (State Requirement) 5. Drain pool to replace lid a. Tilework that “pops” during drain on the district b. Refilling of the pool on the district

Pool and Pool Area Bleachers and Plexiglass: 1. Replace bleachers 2. Replace plexiglass around main pool and kiddie pool areas

Pool Area Skylight Fix: 1. Replace discolored ceiling tile and track around skylight 2. Produce remedy to stop the skylight from leaking (both into pool, running down walls, and discoloring ceiling tile)
