Building Trades are near completion of their house build for Brittany Janz and an open house has been scheduled on Dec 10 th from 4-6pm. The LACC Career Fair was held on Oct 30 th with 300 Freshman in attendance.

Old Business : Dr. McGuckin discussed moving some of the District ’ s Investments funds to Studio Investments.
New Business : It was moved by Mrs. Ralph and seconded by Mr. Masching to approve the Tentative 2027 Property Tax Levy as presented. Mr. Masching, Mr. Lambert, Mr. Sartoris, Mr. Heller, Mrs. Ralph, Mrs. Diemer, and Mr. Schrock all voted “yea” on a roll call vote. Motion passed. It was moved by Mrs. Diemer and seconded by Mr. Heller to approve the Truth in Taxation Hearing for Monday December 15, 2025 at 7:00pm as presented. Mr. Masching, Mr. Lambert, Mr. Sartoris, Mr. Heller, Mrs. Ralph, Mrs. Diemer, and Mr. Schrock all voted “yea” on a roll call vote. Motion passed. It was moved by Mr. Heller and seconded by Mr. Lambert to approve the Annual Statement of Affairs as presented. Mr. Masching, Mr. Lambert, Mr. Sartoris, Mr. Heller, Mrs. Ralph, Mrs. Diemer, and Mr. Schrock all voted “yea” on a roll call vote. Motion passed. It was moved by Mrs. Ralph and seconded by Mrs. Diemer to approve the List of Contracts exceeding $25,000 as presented. Mr. Masching, Mr. Lambert, Mr. Sartoris, Mr. Heller, Mrs. Ralph, Mrs. Diemer and Mr. Schrock all voted “yea” on a roll call vote. Motion passed. It was moved by Mr. Lambert and seconded by Mr. Heller to approve the 10 Year Life Safety survey as presented. Mr. Masching, Mr. Lambert, Mr. Sartoris, Mr. Heller, Mrs. Ralph, Mrs. Diemer, and Mr. Schrock all voted “yea” on a roll call vote. Motion passed. It was moved by Mr. Sartoris and seconded by Mrs. Diemer to approve the Law Firm engagement of PTHS #90 with Kriha Boucek Law Firm as presented. Mr. Masching, Mr. Lambert, Mr. Sartoris, Mr. Heller, Mrs. Ralph, Mrs. Diemer, and Mr. Schrock all voted “yea” on a roll call vote. Motion passed. It was moved by Mr. Lambert and seconded by Mr. Sartoris to approve Resolution directing the Regional Superintendent of Schools for the County of Livingston, IL, to certify to the County Clerk of said County the question of expanding the use of revenues from a currently imposed retailers ” occupation tax and a service occupation tax exclusively for school facility purposes to include school resource officers and mental health professionals for submission to the electors of said County at the General primary election to be held on the 17 th day of March, 2026 as presented.
