2022-2023 Richardson Concrete and Construction. Pontiac, IL. I learned to function as helper. It was a time completely out of my comfort zone and a lot of learning. Self-employed (2015-2018) I dedicated myself to developing, empowering, and mentoring people with initiative towards the creation of teams driven by their purpose, generating value, leveraging themselves, and growing their circle of influence. Teacher (2015-2016) School of Nursing of the Mexican Institute of Public Health in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico. Teaching the subject of Human Development to the 4th semester of the nursing degree. It was an enriching experience to help students and provide them with tools to be able to develop their profession with greater human quality, understanding the processes in the life of the human being. We provided psychological counseling, and we were responsible for the preparation and application of workshops in a preventive sense to students, teachers, businesses, and the community in general. As an example of workshops, I can mention: addictions, violence, sexual education, social networks, self esteem, family, bullying, assertive communication, to mention a few; and it was very rewarding to make a difference in the community. Psychologist (2011-2012) Specialized Center for the Application of Arrangement for Adolescents in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico We provided individual and group counseling, preparation and application of workshops, application of psychometric tests, and psychological reports. We work with outpatients and inpatients, most of the internal patients were teenagers who had committed a crime and were waiting for their reinsertion into society. We provided psychological counseling individually and in group therapy to women victims of violence. I consider that it was one of the experiences that most made me develop skills such as respect, charity, and understanding due to the delicacy of the cases with which we dealt. Seeing the results in patients after the support provided was a rewarding experience.
