Critical Incident Response Ashton Blaetz or Designee

1. Secure your office - lock doors - stay put until you are evacuated by law enforcement officials. 2. Gather emergency cards if possible. 3. After being evacuated by Law Enforcement, accompany injured students or staff to hospital. 4. Update Superintendent/Principal or designee. 5. When approved by Law Enforcement or Administration, notify family members of injured students or staff. 6. Stay at hospital until relieved.
